I understand that:

• Placing my membership on hold restricts my access to the FAC for the duration of the hold.

• Holds automatically end and my membership and associated billing will become active on the hold end date listed above.

• Hold Fees are non-refundable even if I request the membership hold to be ended early.

• Stipulation for ending a hold early:

  • Can pay $10 guest fee and be your own guest/day of use while still on hold

  • Must pay full month fee for current month of return and will return to regular billing schedule
