Welcome to FAC Swim Lessons
Swim lessons are about building confidence, developing a foundation for lifelong skills, and understanding safety in and around the water. To meet the diverse needs of families, we offer three different swim lesson formats, each designed to support swimmers of varying ages, abilities, and learning styles. Depending on the format, lessons are offered at different times and capacities throughout the year.

Our program schedule is released three times a year—Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall—with each seasonal release outlining the specific lessons available during that session, so families can plan and register accordingly. Outlined below are the different formats of swim lessons and some specifics about when they are typically offered.
